When does the offer expire?
The Federa Buy/Sell Agreement does not have an expiration date and is good until canceled, also known as "good 'til canceled." If the seller does not accept the offer, the buyer has the option to cancel the contract at any time. If canceled, the contract becomes null and void, and the parties are released from their obligations.
