Transaction Fee

What is the Transaction Fee?

Commonly known as the broker admin fee, Federa refers to it as the "platform fee," which is $395 paid at closing.

The transaction fee assists us in maintaining and enhancing our technology. Improvements include new platform features that will enable you to optimize your time and work with clients more efficiently.
