Agent owns the client referral or agent is the client: 100% to the agent minus $395 transaction fee (Net Commission)
Referred Deal: 50% to the agent with no transaction fee and 50% to Federa (Net Commission)
Payout to supporting roles:
Client Success Manager: 4% of Net Commission
Client Director: 4% of Net Commission
Deal Success Manager: 4% of Net Commission
Deal Director: 4% of Net Commission
Principal Broker (territory of transaction:) 2% of Net Commission
Designated Broker (territory of transaction:) 2% of Net Commission
Marketing Source- This refers to the partner or partners responsible for opportunity and is 20% of the 50% referral fee collected by federa. Unless a 3rd part referal source
