No matter which option you choose all listings are ensured maximum exposure, compliance with MLS regulations, and optimization for search engines. Federa-Managed MLS listing
At Federa, we understand the challenges and complexities of managing MLS listings, which is why we're excited to introduce a new service that streamlines the process and saves you time and money. Our new service allows agents to upload and update their listings to the MLS through our platform with just a click, which means that you can focus on serving your clients and closing deals, rather than spending time and energy on these tasks. Please note that the Federa-Managed MLS listing service, is only available for a DIY or LIVE SmartListing.
When you have a LIVE SmartListing on our platform, you'll be able to transfer the responsibility of managing your listing to us, while staying informed every step of the way through notifications from the app. This provides you with peace of mind, knowing that your listings are being managed professionally and efficiently.
We understand that complying with MLS regulations can be tricky, which is why we've taken care of that too. You can include your contact information on the listing for contact purposes, and you'll be added as the listing agent. This ensures that your listings are compliant with MLS regulations, while still giving you the recognition you deserve for your hard work.
A Federa-managed MLS listing is set up to get maximum exposure to various real estate portals. This means that your listing will be visible to a wider audience, increasing the chances of finding a buyer for your property. Self-Service
All listings that are Full-Service have now transitioned to Self-Service. This means that agents who choose to upload and manage their listings independently can do so if their listing is Full-Service. This change provides greater flexibility and control to agents who prefer a hands-on approach to their listings.
As a licensed agent, you have the ability to join any MLS within the state you are licensed in. At Federa, we aim to simplify this process and empower you in making informed choices about the MLS platforms you wish to join. For those interested in an MLS already affiliated with Federa, please consult our documentation for guidance. Should you want to join an MLS not currently associated with Federa, we have instructions on how to request that Federa joins a new MLS. Our team will evaluate the viability and advantages of incorporating the new MLS and keep you informed along the way.
