OR

b) They have documented a comprehensive report detailing the reasons for their actions.

3. Reporting Mechanism

a) If feasible, the aforementioned report should be submitted to the administrative team at admin@federa.com before taking the proposed action.

b) In cases where the matter is time-sensitive, and immediate action is necessary, the report must be submitted within 24 hours post-action.

4. Consequences of Non-compliance

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in:

a) Exposure of the concerned individual to liabilities from Federa or third parties, which may encompass loss of revenue.

b) Withdrawal of Federa's liability protection for the concerned individual, rendering Federa's commitment to protect the individual null and void in the face of any legal consequences.
