Listing in MLS Guide for Agents

Overview

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for agents to list properties on MLS, set service fees, manage property showings, and efficiently handle referrals and leads.

Set Your Service Fees

  1.  Sign Up or Sign In: Access your Federa account.
  2.  Go to Licenses: Navigate to "Account" > "Licenses".
  3.  Add or Edit License:
    1.  Add: Click "Add a license", enter details, and set pricing.
    2.  Edit: Select a license, click "Edit", and update fees.

Receiving and Handling the Listing Template:

  • The listing template with all of the listing details will be received via email in a link form. You will receive an SMS as a notification for the email.
  • Upon receiving the listing template, publish the listing on the MLS.
  • Once you Publish the listing add the MLS ID in the form and click Submit. 

Showing Preferences: 

  1. Showing Requirements:  See Remarks
    1. If no showing: See remarks, Drive by 
  2. Showing Contact
    1. Showing method: In person only
    2. Showing Contact type: Service
    3. Showing Contact Name: Federa 
    4. Showing Contact Phone: 866-581-8268
  1. Once you publish the listing, go to manage listings in MLS > Click More on the listing you just published > Showing
    1. Additional Instructions: See remarks. Sold As-is. No showings. Offers must be made through the Federa Home App.
 

Manage Referrals/Leads

Here's a quick guide on how to send referrals using the Federa App:
  1. Sign Up or Sign In to your Federa account. 
  2. Click on "Account"
  3. Navigate to the "Referrals" section.
  4. Add the referral by providing their details.
You'll be eligible to earn a 20% commission based on the total revenue generated by the users you invite within two years from their invitation date.

Photos

Please make sure that all photos are converted in jpg format.

Handling Complaints:

  1. Please forward all complaints to support@federa.com and cancel listing in MLS.
