Listing in MLS Guide for Agents
Overview
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for agents to list properties on MLS, set service fees, manage property showings, and efficiently handle referrals and leads.
- Sign Up or Sign In: Access your Federa account.
- Go to Licenses: Navigate to "Account" > "Licenses".
- Add or Edit License:
- Add: Click "Add a license", enter details, and set pricing.
- Edit: Select a license, click "Edit", and update fees.
Receiving and Handling the Listing Template:
Showing Preferences:
- Showing Requirements: See Remarks
- If no showing: See remarks, Drive by
- Showing Contact
- Showing method: In person only
- Showing Contact type: Service
- Showing Contact Name: Federa
- Showing Contact Phone: 866-581-8268
- Once you publish the listing, go to manage listings in MLS > Click More on the listing you just published > Showing
- Additional Instructions: See remarks. Sold As-is. No showings. Offers must be made through the Federa Home App.
Manage Referrals/Leads
Here's a quick guide on how to send referrals using the Federa App:
- Click on "Account"
- Navigate to the "Referrals" section.
- Add the referral by providing their details.
You'll be eligible to earn a 20% commission based on the total revenue generated by the users you invite within two years from their invitation date.
