How to transfer your Virginia License

Follow the steps below to transfer your Virginia real estate license to our brokerage. 

  1. Visit the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation website. 

  2. Select the option that suits you best:

    1. Real Estate Agents

    2. Brokers

  3. Under “Transfer” section select an option that suits you best: Online, Interactive, or Static.

  4. If you chose the Online option, log in to your account or create one if you haven’t already. 

  5. Our brokerage license number is: 0226027678 

You will receive a confirmation email from us for status updates on your license transfer.
