How to transfer your Maryland License
Follow the steps below to transfer your Maryland real estate license to our brokerage.
On the following page, choose your license type (SALESPERSON for agents), log in with your Maryland License Number, and enter your password. If you are using this online password management system for the first time, you should use the Create My Password option below the Log In.
Once you're logged in, in the section "You may transfer to the brokerage or branch office your license is currently affiliated with," enter Federa Inc. Maryland Brokerage license number 6391
Confirm your choice and, if you are finished, you can log out.
You will receive a confirmation email from us for status updates on your license transfer.
