How to search for a property?
Overview
The Property Search page on the Federa website allows users to find detailed information about various properties. It offers a range of search filters and options to help users find the exact property they are looking for.
Key Features
- Search by address
Search Filters: The search filters can be accessed by clicking the search icon on the Property Search page. These filters include:
- Address: Enter the specific address to find a property.
- Image: View properties with available images.
- List Price: Filter properties based on their listing price.
- Total Bedrooms: Search for properties by the number of bedrooms.
- Total Full Baths: Search for properties by the number of full bathrooms.
- Total Half Baths: Search for properties by the number of half bathrooms.
- Tax Total Finished SQFT: Find properties based on their tax total finished square footage.
- Above Grade Finished SQFT: Filter by above grade finished square footage.
- Structure Type: Choose the type of structure (e.g., Detached, Twin/Semi-Detached, End of Row/Townhouse, Interior Row/Townhouse, Flat/Apartment etc.. ).
- Location Type: Select properties based on location type. (e.g., Urban/ City centre, Suburban, Rural, Coastal etc..)
- State: Search by state.
- Utilities: Filter by the types of utilities available. (e.g., TV cable available, Electric available, Multiple phone lines, Above ground, Under ground etc..)
- Water Source: Search by the type of water source.
- HOA: Check for properties with Homeowners Association.
- Zoning: Filter properties by zoning regulations.
- Year Built: Filter properties based on the year they were built.
- Style: Search for properties by architectural style. (e.g., Colonial, Victorian, Mediterranean, Modern, Traditional etc.. )
- Construction Materials: Filter by the materials used in construction.(e.g., Wood, Concrete, Brick, Stone, Metal etc..)
- Property Condition: Search for properties by their condition. (e.g., Excellent, Very good, Good, Average etc..)
- Level/Stories: Filter properties by the number of levels or stories.
- Type of Parking: Search for properties by the type of parking available. (e.g., On-street Parking, Off-street Parking, Garage, Private Lot Parking, Public Lot Parking etc..)
- School District Name: Find properties within specific school districts.
- High School: Search for properties near a particular high school.
- Middle or Junior School: Filter properties near middle or junior schools.
- Elementary School: Search for properties near elementary schools.
Instructions for Use
Navigating to the Property Search Page:
- Click on the "Property Search" tab on the left sidebar.
- Using Search by Address:
- Locate the search bar at the top of the Property Search page that says "Search by address."
- Click on the search bar and type the address of the property you are looking for.
Using Search Filters:
- On the right side, there is a search panel where you can check various filters to narrow down your search.
- Enter the specific criteria you are looking for and click the search button.
Viewing Property Details:
- Click on a property listing to view more detailed information about the property as well as apply.
