Finding and organizing the homes you love is simple with Federa. Whether you’re browsing casually, comparing options, or planning with others, you can easily save properties, share listings, and manage wishlists all in one place. Here’s how it works.
Before saving or sharing properties, make sure you’re logged in. This ensures that all your saved homes, wishlists, and shared links are stored and available across your devices.
Start by exploring properties on the Explore page. While browsing:
Click the Save button to add a property to a wishlist.
Click the Share button to copy the link or share it through one of the recommended apps.
When saving a property, you can choose where it goes: either add it to an existing wishlist or create a new wishlist. Wishlists can be named and organized however works best for you: by neighborhood, favorites, investment options, or homes to revisit.
If your needs change or you want to rename a list:
Open the wishlist by accessing all wishlists on the left panel.
You’ll see the option to edit the wishlist name. You can also add a description. This helps you keep your lists organized and up to date.
Collaboration is easy on Federa. If you’re shopping with a partner, family member, friend, or investor. select the option to add a participant.
Enter their phone number. The participant must register with the same phone number in order to access that wishlist. Participants can view the properties you’ve saved and stay aligned with your search, and you can also give them access to edit the wishlist.
