Having difficulties remembering your password or experiencing login issues? We totally understand - here's how to reset.
Verify sign-up method before password reset
Before you reset your password, check if you initially used your Google, Facebook, or Apple account to sign up to our app.
If so, the email/password method won't be your go-to solution. Instead, you'll need to Sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple.
Reset your password with email/password
- Go to the Log in page
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address you use for Federa
- Click Continue
You'll be emailed a link to reset your password.
If you’ve requested the reset link more than once, make sure you're using the right email address.
