How can I get added as the listing agent for an offer that we received?
The best option is to be added by someone who is already on the transaction. They can simply go to the transaction and add your profile under the 'Add People' section.
How do you know who is currently added to the transaction?
If the home is already listed, the email address of the listing agent or broker tied to the MLS listing will have access to the transaction. If you received an email from Federa regarding an offer or transaction, then the exact email address of the person who received the offer will have access to the listing.
Other options
Logging into your Federa dashboard, navigating to the property search page, and locating the property. If the property is currently active, you will see the 'Claim Listing' button, which will initiate a manual review by Federa to grant access to the listing.
