How can I assist a lead in buying or selling a home in a state where I am not licensed?

Federa Leads:

If the lead is from Federa, the agent should release the lead, allowing it to be reassigned to a licensed agent in the respective state.

Agent-Owned Client Referrals:

In cases where the lead is your own, you have the option to refer them using the Federa App. To do so, follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to your Federa account. 
  2. Click on "Account"
  3. Navigate to the "Referrals" section.
  4. Add the lead by providing their details.
You'll be eligible to earn a 20% commission based on the total revenue generated by the users you invite within two years from their invitation date.
