Auction Property Status Guidelines
Use these guidelines to quickly see whether a property is open for bidding, closed, or reopened for another round of bidding.
Active Auctions
What It Means: The property is currently open for bidding or scheduled for a future auction date.
How to Identify:
A green "Live Auction" label appears.
A countdown timer (days/hours/minutes/seconds) shows how much time remains until the auction starts.
Inactive Auctions
What It Means: The auction has ended, and the property is not currently available for bidding.
How to Identify:
No countdown timer is visible.
The last bid from the previous auction is displayed.
Reopened Auctions
What It Means: The auction ended previously but has been reopened for new bids.
How to Identify:
A countdown timer reappears, indicating bidding is active again.
The last bid from the previous auction remains visible.
