Adjusting Auction End Times
Once an auction begins, the ending time is generally fixed. Sellers are advised to make any necessary adjustments before publishing a listing. In certain situations, immediate requests may be accommodated, but sellers should be aware that this is not a standard practice.
To make a change in the Auction Listing Active Date-Time
Sellers are required to submit a request to support@federa.com. After reviewing the request and if approved, a confirmation will be sent via email.
