For agents, having your license details readily available on a professional platform is essential. Federa makes it simple and straightforward to add and manage your information. Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure your license details are added accurately.
Visit our official website at
www.federa.com. Whether you’re new to Federa or a returning user, click on "Sign In" on the top right of our navbar and enter your phone number.
After logging in, navigate to "Assistant" and start a conversation with Alex, our AI Assistant.
You can ask Alex to add a license to your account, and proceed to give him all the necessary information, such as:
- State
- License Number
- License Type (Agent, Broker, etc.)
- License Expiration Date
- License Status (read below)
Alex will then generate a link to a card for you that contains your license information. Make sure to double-check all the information is correct before approving the license to be created and added to your account.
Note: For different reasons, a License Number or License Status may not be available at the time of adding a license. If at the time of requesting Alex to add a license to your account information like License Number or License Status is missing, you can always ask Alex to update this information or submit it at a later time.

Statuses
Qualified
This indicates that you have the option but not required to transfer the license to Federa.
Waitlist
Your license is currently on the waitlist and cannot be transferred to Federa at this time. You will be notified if this status changes, based on your profile preferences.
Active
This indicates the license is actively licensed with Federa.
